website Lam Lam Bus and its mobile application (collectively, the “Site”) are
offered to you by T.P. Micronesia, Inc., 117 Guerrero St, Harmon Industrial
Park, Guam, USA., on condition that you accept all of the Terms and Conditions
herein (the “Terms and Conditions”) without any modification. By accessing and
using the Site, you agree to be bound to all notices, policies including our
Privacy Policy, disclaimers, terms and conditions including these Terms and
Conditions contained in the Site (the "Agreement).
We may at any
time change these Terms and Conditions and you continued use of the Site is
conditioned upon acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.

The Site has been designed for use within Guam. This Agreement is governed
by the laws of Guam. You hereby agree that any dispute arising out of or
relating to use of the Site or this Agreement shall be referred to the exclusive
jurisdiction of Guam as a court of first instance.
To the maximum
extent permitted by law, you agree that you will bring any claim or cause of
action arising from or relating to your access or use of the Site within two (2)
years from the date on which such claim or action arose or accrued or such claim
or cause of action will be irrevocably waived.
If any provision of
this Agreement is found by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction
to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, the provision shall be severed and the
remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
